Buyer’s market
An article written back in 2007, though not recent, is still relevant. At the end economist Russ Kashian is quoted as saying, “We’ll be in a slow market through 2009. After that, well, we have a growing population, and they have to have somewhere to live.”
He was right. Everyone has to live somewhere.

We’re currently in a buyer’s market. As you look for a place to live and decide whether or not to buy there are a few things you can do to put your mind at ease:
